Level 3 Teaching Assistant
The Level 3 teaching assistant apprenticeship is perfect for anyone who is passionate about helping young people to reach their academic potential. Teaching assistants play a major role by working closely with students and supporting teachers by helping to manage their workload.
This apprenticeship looks in-depth at how to safeguard children and encourage their development in the classroom. You will explore topics including planning learning activities and using assessment strategies. Find out ways on how to reflect on your role and evaluate your own progress as a teaching assistant. This apprenticeship is designed to help you build the confidence you need to work with all age groups.
The Level 3 TA apprenticeship is designed to both develop existing school staff as well as recruit TA apprentices for schools.

Level 3 Early Years Educator
The Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship is part of the suite of qualifications required to ensure that staff count fully towards the staff/pupil ratios in EYFS.
The apprenticeship is designed to recruit new talent or upskill existing EYFS teams to gain a full and relevant Early Years level 3 qualification.

The Level 5 Specialist Teaching Assistant apprenticeship is suitable for a wide range of settings in early years, primary, secondary, special schools, alternative provision, further education institutions such as sixth forms and colleges and a range of other education settings.
